The bank has made promises and demanded back rent, but taken no action.In our latest exchange, the bank sent a quote they claim to have recieved from a commercial roofer, and that they are intending on replacing the roof by the end of the month.

They likely are much further down the track than you so maybe, just maybe they know something you do not.Not all old time investors are current with the latest trends.
