Every market where Airbnb is plausible is seeing a boom in Airbnb's, especially popular vacation markets.The real question is - "can you beat the competition?" 

In this competitive market, you need to be able to act quickly.

I have used Shelter for more almost 10 years with competitive pricing.

Proximity to a competitive Atlanta market have also made it more advantageous.

Both are Asian owned businesses so prices are very competitive.

Not the end of the world, but they really don't offer more than the competition and they cost more.

The interest rates would be slightly higher, but it is a good option to get properties that have less competition from other buyers. 

@Kash Jawed If you are a cash buyer you will have some luck getting one, If you are not well very difficult to get a great deal Much to much competition and there is simply no inventory .
