Thanks for the good tips that I will keep in mind, I agree with you also I have now officially set saving goals.

As others have said, Hialeah is a great area to consider...North Miami and Miami Gardens are also excellent rental areas, but I don't know which would be most convenient for you distance wise.

One tip is to look for a 3 or 4 unit so you can maximize the amount of rent coming in.

Im looking for those "golden nuggets" and tips that I may have otherwise not thought about.Thanks
