Where an electronic lockbox (with ability to remotely change code)  is just left at the door? 

It has been over 15 years since Clinton signed into law legislation allowing for the legality of electronic signatures.

I guess the listing commission is so small, they aren't willing to risk losing an electronic lockbox, and use a cheap combo lock.

Tell you what, I hate to hold you up any more, we have electronic locks on the doors and inside the house.  

What they didn't tell us was that they had left the house full of garbage (all the furniture, clothes, electronics were gone), and the refrigerator/freezer was full of rotting food for us to find.

Oh, and protip: bring a book, newspaper, or handy electronic device.

If I am doing an electronic signature (I use DocuSign for this), then I will ask them to go onto a Screen Sharing Software (I use gotomeeting.com) and ask them to log into their Accounts to verify their Credit Information.10) At this point, Applicant has been fully verified and is now a happy tenant!

Or possibly not even trip, what about a product - an IPAD could work - I have seen many people use it to lure people into what ever they are doing (luxury Re agent for a series of showings, blogs to promote readers to signup for email newsletter etc)
