This is for Las Vegas SFH tenants, they stay 4-7 years on average  if you’re renting out studio or 1/1 condos, you’re going to have turnover regardless  if I had smaller units like that I would try to make my property attractive to seniors who might live in the property the rest of their life.

Though I'm not sure I'm ready for all that quite yet but I am ready to buy a mobile home and carry the note and either sub lease to a buyer or rent out the MH as a vacation rental since it in Las Vegas and many parks are very close to the strip.
