I had a park in Woodstock Ga. 44 units converted from pad rental to homes. I bought from a factory all new homes energy efficient. I supplied $25. a month gas and electric the tenant paid everything over that. They paid depending on size and bedrooms from $180. to $250. a week. So some home were up near a $1,000. a month. We maintained them of course. I found that overall my cost was probably less than trying to sell the homes because the owner/tenats always defaulted and left me with a bigger mess to deal with.  Went from $50,000 a year to $450,000. a year income.
