In either of these cases they have certain legal obligations to the seller which I doubt any wholesaler complies with.So, wholesalers legal argument rests on the fact that they are principals, despite the fact that they do not do what principals do, which is conclude the purchase (for their own account).Now, whether wholesalers provide an economically justifiable benefit or not is another matter.
