Lastly, I would recommend bouncing your numbers off of someone familiar with your area.

About a month ago he deposited a check into one of my bank accounts and the bank bounced the check back because I hardly ever used that account which would be my mess up.

We always bounce what we learn off each other.Also real estate books and podcasts have been great because it helps you talk the talk and understand conversations among an educated group as you get your deal knowledge up.

I don't have thousands and thousands of dollars I can just put up or a mentor/someone to just bounce ideas off so I'm wondering am I trying to bite off more than I can chew or is this something I can be capable of now (with education of course)?

I've got a mentor that i can bounce some of these scenarios off of.

Most on here would laugh at that and say it’s foolish and archaic but I never have cash get lost or stolen from somewhere ..I never have cash bounce or get false promises the money is in the mail .

No personal checks as it could bounce.
