Bread and butter is getting boring anyway...

The economic implications of all of this will be FAR more devastating than the actual virus, but to the market's and those who fail to do proper research, it's all about body count at this point.

No body wants to live next to a weird landlord.  

But some folks, that's their bread and butter and don't mind.You certainly should keep as many as you possibly can from your own wholesale business.

My wife is a Physical Therapy Dr. as well as a health/wellness coach and she takes an approach to give the body the proper tools to self heal and people here are more interested in treating symptoms with pills. 

My goal was to start out doing wholesaling and working up enough capital that I could start doing some BRRR deals as I feel passive income via long-term rentals would be my bread and butter. 

It takes a lot of time to prepare food, eat, and clean up so being as busy as we always are this simplifies the process quite a bit (not to mention the benefits of simplifying the digestion process for the body).

Even clinical trials of new drugs are always run against placebos because placebos seem to cure many illnesses by tapping into the body’s natural ability to believe it can heal itself, so why not pre-pay a mortgage?

Thanks for the mention mate,Unfortunately, we don't do equity share deals, etc...We have enough "cheese" lol so no need for such a strategy.Our bread and butter is turnkey and property management.Much success 🙏
