While I am still admittedly in the accumulation phase of my real estate career, it is my current goal to learn as much as I can about Real Estate in the meantime - through RE tips and tricks from Graham Stephan and Meet Kevin on YouTube, through the BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast, and through all the knowledgeable contributors posting in the BiggerPockets Forums.

The biggest difference would be in how to treat the MH income streams, as appraisers and banks don't give them the same value as they do for the income generated through lot rents (and neither would sellers).I also have a YouTube Channel where I post about the industry.

If you are truly new at this and have very little knowledge I’d suggest listening to the podcasts, reading blog posts, buying books geared towards real estate investing, watching YouTube etc.

It's a great article, but that's a drop in the bucket compared to the mass atroturfing campaign against landlords that's now being pumped on a regular basis across social media, Reddit, YouTube and every mainstream fauxgressive rag and media outlet around the country and the globe.
