Hello, I've been doing research and preparing myself to buy a duplex and begin my Househacking journey. I'm Not to Familiar yet with MLS yet, but was wondering what kind of advantages I may have being a first time home buyer? I will most likely be utilizing a Va loan to buy the property in Norfolk Virginia. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

@Orlo Daniel Bartholomew find an agent in your area that invests as well and have them help you purchase a great investment multifamily to house hack with your VA loan. Rates are currently around 2.75% for VA!

Best of luck
