That tells me everything I need to know to validate my purchase and estimate my resale $/sf without a 'magic' machine learning algo.I'm sure they have the same data and could apply a similar technique to segment their market data further than averages, but I've yet to see it done!

Have the landlord handle those pesky maintenance, repairs, deluge of water coming from the washing machine on the 3rd floor that just exploded (Happened to me in my home.

Or just drop money into already existing list/mailer machines.

And by the time you can actually quit you have a well oiled machine up and running.
