Check out the Events tab at the top to find local and virtual meet ups.In addition to this, speak with a CPA or experience Realtor in your market who can help you formulate a 'seller net sheet'.

So if you don't want to do it yourself nor hire a management company, I’d budget about $150/mo per property for future virtual assistant help.Hope this helps.

There are a lot of meetups that have moved to virtual at the moment and this would give you an opportunity to network with many investors from lots of the areas you have mentioned.
