Hi all in Western Washington!

I am looking to build relationships and help out with the community in my area! Is there something you hate doing that you want to unload to someone else? I am the guy for you! Need some help on renovations, someone to make spreadsheets, a people person to add to your team? I am here! Even those of you who have a 9-5 and get after it on the weekends, let me help take the load off!

Here's a little bit about me. I am 23 and have been dumping all my downtime into learning about real estate for the past 2 years. I make a great earning with my current job as a foreman for a utility where I am the top performer in the western US and one of the top in the country (I even won my company's national competition in 2019).

I know I can climb the ladder in my company and have been offered a promotion to Supervisor but that is not my future. I found my new love in real estate and I WILL make it my primary income. I have the drive and passion to learn from anyone willing to accept my help. I don't want your money, I just want to learn. I am currently living between Marysville and Arlington. Most weeks I schedule work to have Friday-Sunday off.

@Thomas Larsen what would you like to learn about?  There are many facets to real estate investing and it would be good to try and focus on the area that is most interesting to you as you get started.  I know most people will tell you to niche' down, but I would advise that you start with a specific area of focus and then branch out from there.

There are a lot of meetups that have moved to virtual at the moment and this would give you an opportunity to network with many investors from lots of the areas you have mentioned.  This will allow you to start building out your network and find the areas of investing that best match with what your skills and goals.  Hope this was helpful.
