Modern technology has provided comforts and conveniences for the average person that not even the wealthiest and most powerful people in history could obtain.

I am a little late to the party on this, but I think there are definitely strategies for web leads.I am a commercial broker and I have had some success with my site - some of which can be attributed to the fact that commercial is probably 10 years behind the technology curve and I am the only agent I know in my market with my own site.

But I wanted to move toward technology.

Finance and real estate is as much an art, in fact more so, than a science, not saying technology isn't artfully composed but not as much as these two areas.

My belief is that becuase of how technology has evolved so quickly, getting access to a phone (which has online capacity) is so much more attainable.

The winning EV technologies have not yet been decided (including whether gas-powered vehicles themselves will ever become obsolete).

Given the technology available these days the current system is broken.

In my day job....I am responsible for Webex Sales, so I can provide the technology to join a virtual meeting leveraging a Web/Audio/Video connection.
