These people were knowingly attempting to damage my business and reputation; including false claims of fraud with no proof, suggestions of misrepresentation with no proof, some saying I used my life style to make false promises and sell investors, and many just throw the names scam, conartist, huckster without contempt.

State of CA Department of Real Estate just sent us brokers a notice about this scam really taking off and so in my mind if the agent is being unhelpful I would let that agent know your going to file a complaint with the FLA department of real estate .. and follow up and do that if you get no action from them..
