How many contractors should I have, how do I get them, and how in the world do I run numbers myself so that I know I'm not getting messed over.

I am a noob to the real estate world, and have been consuming as much information as possible in the last few months.

Hello BP World,I am new multi-family real estate entrepreneur in the Seattle, WA area (Federal Way).

If you are in a job that makes 36,000 a year and you barely get by etc. then growing money is very tough versus a profession making hundreds of thousands a year or more.Sales professions are some of the highest income earners in the world but not everyone is good at it.

Honestly, I only use the MLS to pull comps and properties that were sold cash to locate additional cash buyers.LOL, Chris, you do realize what you write on the internet never goes away, it can be there years from now for the whole world to see, even you. :)This stuff comes from the National Association of Realtors, it's going to be up to your local board of Realtors under their franchise agreement who can have access.
