I'm a Southern California native (Camarillo) currently finishing my last year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

I like the cash flow market possibilities in Southern Colorado.

Being that the said property would be in Southern California, the appreciation would be more rapid than in other parts of the country, and I would stick with rehab and flip deals to earn an income in the meantime.

Started looking in the area I currently live in, as many people know in Hawaii and Southern Cali, it can be hard to find places that cash flow well.After looking into leaseholds, short story= no.

Hi Guys,I have a question on where to find assessor data on properties (size, bedrooms, etc), specifically in Southern California (Orange County, Inland Empire)?

I'm located in Southern California, near Long Beach. 

There is marker in southern Wyoming that mentions it.I  really like real estate law but have been pushed into another area of law for a few years. 

I'm a general contractor just getting started in the real estate side looking for duplex, fourplex and SFR's  in the Inland Empire.There is a lot of great info here I hope I can contribute as much as I learn here.

I personally have had some experience with flips and rentals in the Southern Chester County area of Pennsylvania from 2000-2005 so just getting back into investing and I do not have any experience in wholesaling.
