It's no secret that real estate is tough and it's hard to know a profitable investment when I see one.

I felt like I ran into a secret goldmine! 

The secret to negotiation isn't to get the seller to agree with you, it's to be able to satisfy the seller's needs.  

Assuming it isn't oxymoronic and they really exist, you are asking for the true 'secret sauce' recipe. 

Its not a secret to anyone that a junk contractor or one that is looking to cut corners are all well monitored or not even allowed to operate in the city.Finally, you do not want to begin any process with anyone that is seeking to evade or circumvent rules and manipulate the system.

And we'll hit it, the only question is when...and even that's not too much of a secret.

What I've learned have come from books, "Think and grow rich" Smart couples finish rich" and other David bach books, including the real estate, "Rich dad poor dad" and "secrets of a millionar mind" lol, I do not know anyone within my circles that know anything more than me, and so I would like to learn.I have become a leader within my industry by seeking out the ones that were very successful and learning what they did, on a forum in fact, so i'm hoping to repeat the proccess here.Thank so much.

It's no secret that properties with structural and foundation issues are risky and they often leave investors with many unanswered questions.

There's not much they can teach you that people on BP won't tell you for free.Mostly what they teach is the more gimmicky stuff to make it sound like they've got the secret ingredient you can't get anywhere else...I know all that stuff and my current business model doesn't really use any of it unless I stumble into a situation that calls for something creative.I will say that my classes made me realize what's possible.
