Hi San Diego BP, My mother in law is looking for a new gardener who can help take care of her rental in San Diego.

The property needed a significant rehab, so I lived with my mother during the project.

I was renting 4 rooms on Airbnb mostly by the month to students / travel nurses / flight attendants.

My goal for this year was to move out of my mothers house and start my RE portfolio, however, it hasn’t been going according to plan so far.

In the will the house is to be sold and split 3 ways between my friend’s mother and his two aunts.

This is someone's daughter, maybe someone's mother and maybe the primary income in the household.

My mother is Japanese and I grew up going to Japanese school on Saturdays as well as spending my summers in Japan.

As I said, all of this is new to us… I am a nurse practitioner by trade and my husband is a paramedic.

The LLC is single owner in NY with my wife being the owner.In 2019 I signed a lease to a woman and her two children for 12 months in which she paid the first 6 months up front.In February 12 her elderly mother was on the property and slipped on ice in the driveway and "broke" her shoulder.
