Some of this technology is still in early phases but I could see how this could allow an out of state or out of country investor do a property walkthrough.

Properly organized, staffed, trained and with the use of efficiencies like technology, it can be incredibly profitable.  

I'm planning to self manage and want to leverage technology to help make the process easier for tenants and prospective tenants and to save me time/miles.
