We tell them about it when they arrive, and there is also a note about it's location.

Or Tenants that pay by check - checks must arrive 1-2 weeks prior to the 1st of the month - checks are not deposited until the 1st of the month.

I think about: did tenant arrive to showing on time, what questions did they ask, how forthcoming were they with answers to my questions, do they look you in the eye, etc.  

How are lenders (e.g. for HELOC or cash-out refi) arriving at home values in Trenton (or other very distressed areas)?  

They think if they move out five minutes before the sheriff arrives, that's not an eviction.
