Social skills are rapidly declining in this country in my opinion.

Income is guaranteed under disability and social security which, to my understanding is, a safe bet. 

I have owned a single member LLC for a service business for many years, but without many assets to protect it was really for ease of tax reporting, EIN separate from my personal social, and still easy taxes with a schedule C.

I have some prospective tenants who do not have drivers licenses (they do have state issued id's or passports) and 1 does not have a social security number.
