I  know that the owner is very involved in BP and with the other companies he has which all seem great, and his CRM seems great, but I find very little information on it besides what he published.

Google doesn't crawl your site the second it is published and throw you on the first page of search.

I have a property manager and his phone number is published on all our online listings, however I have been getting phone calls on my personal number (which is not listed anywhere in relation to the rental property) asking if I have a 1 or 2 bdr available and so forth.
