We currently have two for sale and under contract,  our latest one under contract in less than 4 days.  

I tend to go for substance over form in almost all of my life dealings (except for remodels, where it's both substance AND form).I once opened up a bank account with a 15,000 deposit while sitting in paint spattered clothing since I had just come from my latest project.  

I would be very interested in seeing the numbers from your latest evaluation!

My latest thought is the insurance company themselves.

They link together nicely.It's pretty good but lacks some functionality that I really could use right now.I need software that allows drawing page revision management, which will carry forward any/all takeoffs, markups, comments, etc from the previous page revision to the latest revision (or just display them as a layer) - E.g.

The latest job they did was a 10' slab with no seams, but I guess I really need to look a bit more to see if I can find some savings.
