This is a judgement call, depending on how good of a deal it is, and if you have the time to deal with the seller. maybe go in with lower offer or something.i would be very concerned if it took this long to fix code and inspection issues.

Now i'm looking over the divorce papers , i realized they were notarized by the court in February 2015 and the date of final judgement was in june 2015.

Hey @Will Dean -We price them out the same way the appraisers will - we use the sales comp and income approaches to generate two values and then we use our best judgement as to which number is most accurate.
