The second is a 4BR that we currently rent out but we hope to one day use as our long term home.My wife and I recently had the joy of welcoming our first child (a girl) into the world.

They found a young couple with a little girl... and for the next 4 years, not a peep!!! 

We truly had no recollection of this inspection report issue and weren't deliberately hiding anything but we're now scratching our heads at how such a specific accusation would have been made.

Oh no that one is sold .. you as buyer now get all amped up and next one they present you grab it lest it also gets miraculously sold in the 2 hours your thinking it over.. its all just used car sales techniques.. and these boys  and girls are just very good at what they do.

If you are asking what TYPE of real estate investing I do, my answer is that I am house hacking my current home (I have two girls paying me rent, but it’s below market value so I may increase it once they terminate there leases). 

Feel horrible getting rid of this lady...went through a bad divorce...has 3 young girls.

Watch out though, Joe Gore will call you dishonest and accuse you of "pulling a fast one".

It's like a pretty girl or guy who everyone is just trying to sleep with you.

As a guy that spent 14 years in NYC you won’t want anything to do with it anymore when you hit 30 and find the right girl.
