We are at the finishing stages and plan to list in the next couple weeks.

That way, you can stage open houses over the weekend to start gaining potential clients. 

I'm past that stage so it isn't as attractive to me.

I am on the last stage of my first BRRRR single family property.

Originally we were going to use a property management company but there are some nuances and complexities in the early stages with these apartments so we’re going to be a bit more hands on and utilize the onsite manager (25 hrs/wk) for day to day operations.
