Will be cautious!

One might say this kid is crazy and in for a rude awakening, I would say it's a challenging opportunity that if cautiously and diligently embarked upon can be successful and financially rewarding.

I would like to know if this should be okay since the current stove is using a gas line and what things I need to be cautious or watch out with this.I appreciate any feedback

I would be very cautious about investing in STR right now!

There were very thorough and cautious, as they should have been, but decided to work with us.All went well we bought rehabbed and sold the house quickly and they made a nice return.Then on the next opportunity I sent out an email to my lenders describing the next house and after I hit send and was starting walk out of my office (in less than one minutes time) my email dinged with their response  "Were in"!!

Got it if commercial is what you understand you may want to get with some really good commercial brokers and look at that space.. be cautious as I said on social media reaching out like this.. you will no doubt get a bunch of PM's with great ideas for your money LOL
