Texas - Tenant Qualification and Request for Moving In

Hi all, I am new here. I am currently trying to rent out my house and using a realtor to help me list it. There is a prospective tenant that the realtor is advocating me to let them move in. My issues are: Their income is only 2:1 to the rent amount. They showed her their investment account and she thinks that should be enough. They also just moved from out of state and the husband is the only sole provider and he has only been at his current employer for barely 5 months. They also ask to bring in their own stove instead of using the one that is already in the house. I would like to know if this should be okay since the current stove is using a gas line and what things I need to be cautious or watch out with this.

I appreciate any feedback
