Keith I do commercial real estate but for houses many look at rent to sales price ratio, current condition when buying, unit mix 3 bed 2 bath and 2 car garage most optimal etc.Only really amazing areas do investors like to pay 1% rent ratio.

And when I searched online, article about having bed bug problem on the owners' properties came up, so it might still have bed bug problem.But people live there, which I guess can be said livable condition. 

Generally you can get a long wheel base cheaper than the short wheel base and if you are using it just for building materials, you'll appreciate the 8' bed.

In my area $30k can get a decent 3 bed house.

full price in 3 days.  3 bed 2 bath.   

Wow if you are under 500 a unit in GA that is low income.Are these all 2 beds or 1 bed mix??

I'm was thinking that the wall could be taken back some from master bed.
