Hello biggerpockets, I recently passed my state exam to become a licensed salesperson and I want to fully immerse myself in the world of Real Estate.I would love to work with a broker who can possibly act as a mentor and guide me through my first couple of months as an agent. 

In this magical world, imagine there is no such thing as inflation or taxes.Let's say that you can buy a conventional (fee simple) property for $100k cash.

you live in the turnkey capital of the world why would you not just buy one of those sub 30k properties and do it yourself ?

Both of which require lower prices than most MA sellers are willing to give.The rest of the RE world is still paying close to list.  

Now take what you learned and apply it to the next deal.Real world expetience is your best teacher.
