And not one that specializes in selling to folks that intend to live there as a primary residence.Also if you lead with the I want to low ball 50 properties to get one.. your going to have a hard time finding anyone who is going to do that.Also you may want to provide your POF and your lending source..

Special financing, demand, or growth in that area are all necessary to rent it out but it is still very risky.

I have not been around for 20+ years, but I consult with more experienced attorneys as needed, and I specialize in moving quickly without incurring ridiculous legal costs. 

We understand we will have to pay attention to the isolation but what other parts should we pay special attention to?

Thanks, Victor.I only needed a strip where the wall was that was about 40"x7', then the laundry area in front of the bathroom at about 5×6. 55 or so sqft. 3 boxes of Bruce Hardwood at Lowe's (new line so special order 3 days out)  for $94 each.
