Stop prodding me Brian, I have issues with giving special operation tactics or an Uzi to youngsters  and there would be no way to secure the firing range by publishing a book, it would not be responsible or in the public's best interests.

Marvin, "list" means published, it is not limited to an MLS publication, a sticky note on the Wal-Mart bulletin board that you have a house for sale is a listing, publishing is placing an ad anywhere.

Is that a researched statistic where they took a random sample of various participants in various guru programs and then then they defined what being successful meant (such as earned more than the cost of the program in profits over a 2-year period of time) then they followed up with them over the 2 years and then had their research study peer reviewed for accuracy and then published.

PTN has no standing in CA as courts have ruled that you don't have to be in possession of an original note to foreclose via trustee's sale. 90 days of Notice of Default and 3 weeks of trustee's sale publishing and the property is being offered at the courthouse stops. 4 months to recover collateral or be paid for it if you are the lender. 4 months to arrange payment or pay off the senior lien, or lose your investment if you are a trustee sale buyer.
