We just wanted to get a lay of the land especially during the pandemic are landlords still increasing rent this year or giving tenants a break from that?!

Fortunately, this is a great time to be a borrower even in the middle of a Pandemic.

Due to the nationwide pandemic me and my family have been taken advantage of.

It would have been nice if the pandemic happened between October and March as those are my slow months.

I actually had a failed rental home years ago due to it being semi forced into as we had a home in the Seattle area we had to move out of (and out of the area) right as the pandemic set in and so we couldn’t sell it at the time so rented it for a year.

I want to learn as much as possible right now during this pandemic so I can be ready to go and take action as soon as we are allowed to resume our normal lives.

I live in a nice part of town near the coast (ie a market that is more insulated from pandemic / unemployment than most).

The timing could certainly be better with the pandemic and closures, but please feel free to reach out if you'd be willing to meet up and network with us.
