I'm thinking that child support would garnish all his profits or if I buy subject to can the mother owed child support try to make me sell it or does lein follow brothers thanks Also they are behind on payments and I'm thinking that they might go into foreclosure I was thinking about maybe just waiting and buy it after it gets foreclosed on but then im risking loosing it to somebody I'm open too any ideas how yall would recommend me getting property thanks

Any advantages / consWould love to hear about this as I'm a veteran myself and have stayed at these properties before right around the base where most of the time you can guarantee rental income since they are military individuals who are bound by the base to pay on time.
