Piggybacking off alignment...alignment with the right person for sure but also alignment with yourself which oftentimes requires someone guiding you to figure out who you are by removing all the noise in your own head that you didn't even realize you allowed in.  

What is your concern about the flight path, the noise abatement has paid for air conditioners and sound proof windows.  

Can I assume that the kids will be in school during the day and that I only have to deal with noise say 4-8/9pm?

They are pricey but they have everything you need if you want to grind on cold calling

However, having 7 people in a 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 1200 sq ft house could raise concerns regarding overcrowding, potentially leading to wear and tear, noise issues, and safety concerns.

I guess potential tenants would have the same concerns that the buyer of an owner occupied single would, like more noise, less privacy, etc...
