Good evening Joseph,House hacking and getting licensed are two great moves to make in my opinion (I'm totally biased since thats what I'm currently doing).

I am a licensed electrician so I have a bias, but I truly believe that an election will do a better job.

I'm super biased, but I always encourage investors to take a look at Memphis. :)  We have a large and growing rental market.  

I'm biased, but I asked my managing broker to pull data on a well known flat fee company here in town.

Honestly, though I'm probably biased here, but I think CO has a great future going for it.

I know my comment is going to fall on deaf ears but with all due respect to you, show some courtesy for a fellow poster here on BP who is just trying to educate himself, stop being biased to the term wholesaling, and label every person wholesaling as dishonest and ranting your version of the story on every post related to wholesaling. 

@Pete PerezI don't want to sound bias but I would recommend my managing broker because of his experience and time spent in the real estate field.

I don't want to just rely on folks in the area telling me that it's awesome and I should go ahead and dig in because humans in general are prone to affirmation biases. 

So there is bias in my statement.
