Hello BP! 

I am new to the real estate game. I have built most of my knowledge through the biggerpockets podcasts and am amazed by the amount of honest, usable information I was able to learn. One day I would like to start my investing by "house hacking" a multifamily in my area and see where I can take it from there. I am also interested in starting a career as a real estate agent to ne able to learn and apply while working. I look forward to what is to come and any information on how to get started will always be welcome!
