As for numbers, especially on a deal that would be potentially a large deal I would suggest baby steps.

Also I know eventually, I'll have the property paid off and it'll just be straight cash flow baby!!!!

The toddler is happy in the baby pool.  

While I like the other women in our group, and have talked with them all outside the group - I get just as much growth and development from them as I do with the other friends (male) I have made from the group.But I may not be the right person to ask, I also hate baby/bridal showers, book clubs, and any other event with lots of girls unless there is an ample amount of alcohol.  

But I have a baby girl now and would like to not sacrifice all my time on repairs and handling properties.That was my thoughts.

We are outgrowing our current place, with the recent addition of a baby and are considering transitioning to a bigger place in the future. 

We got started at 23 and through baby steps have slowly consistently put together our "empire".

Small regional banks are worth dealing with, but they are struggling right now too.Credit problems arise from all sorts of innocuous events like having a baby, a mixup with your energy provider, etc.

Plus I get to learn the gender of the baby me and my girlfriend are expecting!

Am I being a baby about the whole thing and just need to get over it, or is it better to just ask to walk the property when none of the tenants are home?
