It can take the car from over 100 degrees to almost cold in just a few minutes (and I was an idiot and got a BLACK car that gets absurdly hot), but takes a bit longer to warm up and defrost in the winter.I can easily fit three people and all the necessaries for skiing in mountains over an hour and a half away.

False hopes.Has everything to do with low supply (and inane immigration policies) and huge well paid demand (lots and lots and lots of well paid corporate workers who have disposable income but not time...time is more valuable than cash).

What I really think that happens is a lot of people give off a false front of "I love it" to self-justify that they made a wise investment, use "love it" to justify leaving their 9-5, etc.

It is absurd that Fannie considers transfers of funds within a marriage to be a "gift," but alas I am not the dictator of the universe and cannot change this at present.Solution: Just what @Cara Lonsdale said, have both names on the accounts even if it's understood between the two of you that this one is "mine" and this one is "yours."
