If you do need to file a claim and they determine you gave false information not only will your claim be denied you could also face insurance fraud charges.

A crowdfunding/lending platform that marketed false testimonials......how is anyone ok with that?

Give yourself 5 years for the business to grow and become solidly established before bleeding off what is now false profits.

Maybe that's the case if you only have a couple tenants, but when you hit scale that is absolutely and unequivocally false, unless your PM is completely worthless.

False hopes.Has everything to do with low supply (and inane immigration policies) and huge well paid demand (lots and lots and lots of well paid corporate workers who have disposable income but not time...time is more valuable than cash).  

What I really think that happens is a lot of people give off a false front of "I love it" to self-justify that they made a wise investment, use "love it" to justify leaving their 9-5, etc.

Many times marijuana is called a "gateway drug", which is absurd.
