I'm sure she has some serious testing to pay attention to and hopefully RE won't be a distraction.To other readers, don't let advocates of strategies take you off into some fairy tale land of simple riches in some strategy, there's no such thing and as income propensity increases so will the complexity of your activity.

I am not looking to get rich quick or acquire as many properties as I can.

It seems to be a pretty feature rich program, but not set up specifically for property management.
