5 Weird Tips that Every New Landlord Flipper Rich Dad Should Know about Financing - A Case Study

I've been haunting the forums here and reading the blogs (and previously, the articles) for a long while.

Lot of great information here, but...

Any chance bp.com staff will up the Classy around here and edit away the lame Taboola-style clickbait headlines/post titles?

While we're at it, if the bloggers would stop abusing the term "case study," I'd be thrilled. I think every one of you from Brandon down is guilty, lol.

If I ever gain access to your database, I swear all I'll do is global find and replace "case study" with "mildly descriptive anecdote."

I really dig the information and experiences of the bloggers and forum goers. If my only contribution here is a criticism that makes the blog page look less tacky, then I'll be happy with that accomplishment.

KK DONE RANTING GOING TO FINISH CATCHING UP ON THE OTHER BLOGS
