well for 95% of the people, what i just said is pretty much true. unless you finish at the top of your class or are going to school for something really useful.i bet that college tuition is not worth it for most. they are blindly choosing to go to college because they think its the right thing

@Arlan Potterwhen i tell a realtor that i am looking for a deal that needs  alot of work they send me 70 listings of foreclosed houses in my city. how am i supposed to choose which ones i like and which ones i dont?

They can choose to call the loan due if they find out. 

If you choose not to do anything then all your rights to property will be transferred to new buyer including mineral leases.

Further more I'd like to continue wholesaling and pick and choose the properties id like to keep in my inventory along the way. 

I came straight out and asked them if they were wholesalers and I'd say 2 of the 5 tried to give me a song & dance but Kudos to the other 3 that admitted they were only trying to help.

I would have to say these days, whichever one you choose, it would just be your preference.
