Not only do I agree that a recession is coming, but the GM plant has been wobbling on its last leg for 10 years, and I project college enrollment to decline in the coming years. 

@Michael Plante, well, I consider it content for my future book :) The condo association has to approve all applicants, so I don't want anyone wasting their $100 if I already know they'll be declined.

Plus, I dealt with idiots who got on the board with an agenda and started bothering me about potted plants that were fine prior to that person naming herself the landscape warlord. 

I'm excited about a few more than the others and hope to plant my flag in 2-3 of them within the next couple years.
