Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $285,000

I bought a turnkey duplex with owner-occupied financing in the Franklin Park neighborhood of Columbus. I did this deal with no money down and walked out of closing with over a $12,000 check (feel free to ask me how).

Pls ignore tenants dead plant in downstairs shower thx.
