I'm soaking up as much as I can first.

To start the stratey I will be employing is "Wholesaling".I will be the first to admit I have been a habitual lurker in the forums and podcast, and have soaked up tons of valuable information (I love the fact its for free).

Pick their brains, be a sponge, and soak up the information.
