Generally with raw land you want water, access, and utilities as well as the right to do what you want to do with the property (zoning compliance).I have no idea about wind turbines.

Something else to consider when buying raw land out there is that 90% of the time you will have to drill a well, which will run you 25k IF they hit water the first time.

For instance if you replaced the furnace in the BRRRR and you did not when you bought the place raw, then you will have to replace the furnace that much sooner.
