@Sam Faas We don't use Zillow for applications but instead publish an application online through our property management software that we manage our tenants in, which then automatically publishes our vacancies Zillow (and all the other listing sites).

Is that a researched statistic where they took a random sample of various participants in various guru programs and then then they defined what being successful meant (such as earned more than the cost of the program in profits over a 2-year period of time) then they followed up with them over the 2 years and then had their research study peer reviewed for accuracy and then published.
