I am new in the real estate industry and want to see if you have any tips for a new agent, also any events or recommendation to start meeting people and getting more connected to the Real Estate world.

They often have access to listings before they hit the market and can provide insights on upcoming opportunities.hope this helps-

I've done several closings there and the employees at the village hall are some of the nastiest, rudest people I have ever encountered. 

Most people will care more about their own objective and how you can help vs. hearing about our marketing plans, systems and tools.

WE hit it off and shortly there after we are approved for a 3 mil dollar LOC for new builds and went on to do about 8 projects together plus 5 in FLA. 

Let’s do a deep dive into this so you can avoid these kinds of people in the future.

Before considering this, I do not want to set up the precedent that I will just bend whenever people ask for handouts. but I also want to be fair and am looking for unbiased advice on how to respond to this request.
